End Zone Club - Bradford Football Sponsorship Agreement

On behalf of the End Zone Club Board, thank you for your support of Kenosha Bradford Football! Sponsorship donations keep our football program going strong, ensuring that we have the best equipment, team building opportunities, and training to prepare our athletes for their futures. 

The End Zone Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Our Mission: 

The End Zone Club is a group of parents/supporters, dedicated to improving the football experience for all players in the Mary D Bradford Football Program. We will support the needs of the coaches and players to the best of our ability through forward planning, volunteerism, fund raising, and support.

Critical to the accomplishment of the End Zone Club's mission and vision are the relationships we form with our business partners. These partners allow the End Zone Club to bridge the gap between the school's budget and team needs, such as new helmets designed to prevent concussions, uniforms, pads, awards, and snacks/meals.

Note: We will need a vector file (.ai or .eps formats) of your company logo so that we may properly display it on our social media channels, t-shirts, and banners. After sponsorship is confirmed we will follow up with details on what we need.

Methods of Payment: 

Make a check payable to End Zone Club (must be made out to the End Zone Club) and an End Zone Club member can pick up the check or it can be mailed it to Mary D Bradford H.S. - 3700 Washington Rd, Kenosha, WI 53144.  **Remember the only Bradford Football-approved contacts for sponsorships are Bradford End Zone Club and Bradford Athletics.
